Discover Hacienda Xtepén
One of the most beautiful and emblematic haciendas in the Yucatán Peninsula is Hacienda Xtepén, which means “Butterfly Wing” in Maya.
This lovely property was originally a henequen hacienda in the 18th century, and today it is nestled in 400 hectares and completely restored for social and corporate events with a capacity of up to 5000 people.
The hacienda features different areas such as a pool, terraces, chapel, machinery house, main house, banquet hall, gardens, as well as authentic Mayan cottages from the period.
It is located in the community of Xtepén, in the municipality of Umán, very close to Mérida, Yucatán.

Beautiful garden named for the 4 marble sculptures of Carrara marble that adorn the main areas: Spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
Unicornio Hall

Beautiful air-conditioned hall, with walls and ceilings painted by hand, adorned with exact copies of unicorns located in the museum The Cloisters in New York and the Cluny Museum in Paris.
Pool
